Moving On: Overcoming Negative Energy With Crystals


Holding onto past grudges and resentment can bring a lot of negative energies in our lives. It can also take a toll on our emotional well-being and mental health. The best way to move on from this negativity is to forgive those who hurt you. You may have even made a resolution this past new year to be more forgiving and more positive. But it is no secret that forgiving is hard. Letting go of grudges and resentment can often be easier said than done, and we need all the help we can get. Here are a few crystals that may help you let go of those negative feelings and move forward into a more positive light.

1. Citrine

Citrine is often used to purify will. It is known as the sunny stone because it helps release negative feelings and energy. It may also help alleviate deeply rooted fears, advanced and minor anger issues, and other destructive tendencies. This crystal will provide a clean, calming energy to help you release resentment and lead a more optimistic life.

2. Rutilated Quartz

This crystal is known as the healing crystal. Rutilated crystal helps heal from within, encouraging the release of all resentment and grudges harbored in the heart. 3. Smoky Quartz

Smoky Quartz is especially beneficial for stubborn people who refuse to let go of the negative energies that hinder their health and happiness.

4. Aquamarine

Aquamarine is known for calming and soothing your subconscious. It helps release resentments, past fears, and bad emotional patterns. Aquamarine helps bring clarity to your thoughts by decluttering your mind and helping it detach from anything that promotes negative energies. It promotes tranquillity and balance, which helps reduce stress and release resentments.
