Would you like to work through some coaching topics with a group of friends or co-workers? Julie will work with you to develop a workshop to tackle a topic of your choice around healthy lifestyle. **Booking online is only a time request. Appointments must be confirmed with Julie prior to session and may be re-scheduled to a mutaually agreeable time if needed.
