Service Description
90 minutes of quick work to refocus and redirect. This session comes with a CliftonStrengths Personal Strengths test to help direct our time together and assist you with recognizing your strengths. This time can be spent on the topic of your choice; a plan for weight loss goal, understanding a detox, understanding how to read food labels and make better choices, discussing good carbs vs. bad carbs, comparing and translating different diet plans, personal steps to kick a sugar habit, developing a self care routine, achieving a new personal or business goal, developing the next step to get you unstuck, or a topic of your choice. - 90 minute coaching session - CliftonStrengths Personal Strength Finder Profile Test - Help you hone in on information and ideas that are most important to you - Two actionable steps - One 15 min. accountability follow-up within 30 days **Booking online is only a time request. Appointments must be confirmed with Julie prior to session and may be re-scheduled to a mutaually agreeable time if needed.
